SEOUL, June 18, 2010 - South Korean auto manufacturer, Hyundai Motors, started producing the Hyundai i50 luxury sedan in China late in 2010. Heavy competitors Toyota Camry Sedan and the Honda Accord was the plan with the price of 180 thousand yuan or around.

As reported by 4wheelnews.com, Friday (18 / 6), Hyundai Motors China said new sedan produced by its local partner that is produced in two types of machines. The first type, petrol 2000 cc Multi Point Injection (MPI), which give off power 165 PS at 6200 rpm and torque of 202 Newton meters (Nm) at 4600 rpm.

"While the second type, engine 2400 Gasoline Direct Injection (GDI)-powered 165 PS at 6300 rpm, and torque of 225 Nm at 4250 rpm," said the source manufacturer.

Both are equipped with automatic and manual transmission devices with six levels of acceleration.

In the country of origin, Korea, the sedan began to be marketed in September 2009. While the State Bamboo Curtain was introduced last April, when the carpet Beijing Auto Show 2010 took place. "However, there will be little change in either the exterior or interior when manufactured (in China) later," said the source.
