Citroën and GQ, British men’s monthly magazine, has unveiled an automotive project known as GQbyCITROËN, the ultimate gentleman’s driving machine.

Mark Lloyd who designed the Citroën DS3, designed the exterior of the new concept car while the interior was designed by Patrick Grant, the Creative Director of prestigious Savile Row tailors. The whole project is lead by GGQ’s editor, Dylan Jones.

At the exterior, the GQbyCITROËN features contemporary styling with a sculpted front end, rounded rear, strong body contours and sleek concave rear windscreen.

The GQbyCITROËN concept GT car is powered by a plug-in Hybrid with a 1,598cc, 4-cylinder direct injection petrol engine that emits just 80 g/km of CO2.

The concept car sprints from 0 to 60 mph in just 4.5 seconds with an electronically limited top speed of 155 mph.

GQ magazine will feature the GQbyCITROËN in its April 2010 issue and for more information of the car, visit www.gqbycitroen.co.uk.
